Deep, effective relationship support—from the comfort of your own space.

Couples therapy doesn’t need to happen in a therapist’s office to be powerful.

In fact, many of the couples I work with tell me that meeting online helps them feel more at ease, more focused, and more open. Whether you’re in Zurich, Geneva, London, or Lisbon—online sessions make it possible to get the help you need, without the travel time or extra stress.

Why Online Therapy Works—Even for Couples

You might wonder if online therapy can really work for something as complex and emotional as couple therapy.
It can. And it does.

Here’s why:

  • Familiar Environment: Meeting from your own home often helps you feel more relaxed. That comfort can make it easier to be honest and vulnerable—especially in hard conversations.
  • Flexible Scheduling: No commute, no parking, no rushing across town. That makes therapy easier to stick with, and easier to integrate into busy lives.
  • Access Across Europe: I work with couples all over Europe, not just in Switzerland. Online sessions mean you can choose a therapist who fits, even if they’re not local.
  • Same Depth, Same Impact: The work we do—IFS, IFIO, the Developmental Model—translates beautifully online. Whether you’re sitting across from me on a couch or through a screen, we can go just as deep.

How to Make Online Sessions Work Best

To get the most out of your sessions, a few simple things make a big difference:

  • Strong Internet Connection: Make sure your connection is stable so we don’t lose momentum or connection during our time together.
  • Private, Uninterrupted Space: Choose a room where you won’t be overheard or interrupted. Put phones on silent. Treat it like sacred time.
  • Sit Separately When You Can: If possible, sit in different rooms on separate devices with headphones. It may sound counterintuitive, but this setup allows for clearer communication, better audio, and more emotional space when things get intense.
  • Have a Pen and Paper Nearby: Sometimes I’ll invite you to jot something down, reflect, or pause before responding. It’s good to be ready.

What If We Live in the Same Home?

Many couples worry that being in the same house might affect the session. That’s okay. We’ll talk about how to make it work best for you, even if you’re sharing a space or navigating kids, pets, or the doorbell.

Over time, you may find that doing the work from home helps it stick at home—because that’s where real change happens anyway.

Still Prefer In-Person?

If you’re near Zurich and would rather meet in person, that’s always an option. But for most couples, online sessions offer the flexibility and depth they need to do the real work of healing and growing—together.

Ready to start from where you are?
Online sessions are 90 minutes and held weekly or bi-weekly. Let’s begin with an initial session to explore what’s happening and how we can move forward.
